The Account Executive will be responsible for selling outdoor advertising concepts to current and prospective clients within the market utilizing existing inventory while achieving exceptional customer service & satisfaction. The role of the Account Executive is to create demand and drive revenue by bridging the interests of the media buyer with our business needs as well as meet & exceed sales objectives. Must be a strategic thinker with exceptional prospecting skills, high energy and solution oriented. They are natural leaders with a desire to succeed in a collaborative, team environment.

Develop revenue opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face conversations (including but not limited to sales presentations) with existing clients and potential prospects.
Navigate the campaign process from beginning to end; prospecting, identifying customer needs, proposing inventory, present proposal, generate contract, creative implementation, ordering material, scheduling installation, follow up with campaign success analysis while paying close attention to accounts receivable and developing long term account strategies.
Develop new business revenue opportunities as a mandatory requirement of the position.
Ability to understand products and effectively identify how it can provide value to a prospective customer.
Creates and proposes advertising recommendations that best suit customer campaign, objectives & goals.
Up sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships.
Promote a synergistic relationship with team members in all department and divisions.

Motivation for Sales
1-2 years college/technical school, related work experience, Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, marketing, or communications preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in direct media or relevant sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation available to visit clients and billboard locations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel, Publisher and other programs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written skills.
